Olympic Success!
It's not everyday a UK hypnotherapist gets
a request for a customized hypnosis recording, from an Olympic
Bob-Sledder in the USA, (who has since achieved success
at the Winter Olympics!). So I've created another page to
show this testimonial. Click

Online Counseling.
(You are just the best, that's all there is
to it. Of course, I would love to write a testimonial! I'll
look into all that you've suggested and I definitely will
have patience for everything to fall into place as it should.
Thank you again).
"At a time when most in need, I was blessed with the
opportunity to work directly with Nathan Marika, and to
my surprise, he was just the solution I had been praying
for.
I had hoped for somebody who could listen to and be compassionate
towards my current feelings, somebody who could with empathy
help me bring perspective to my views, feelings and ideals.
I couldn't have been more pleased to have found Nathan.
Not only is he honest, he is sincere and wise. I have found
him out of many, including closest of friends to actually
feel what I was saying, feeling and thinking, whereas most,
would approach me with more of a patronizing attitude such
as, "Oh, you just need to get over it" or "That's
so dumb, stop acting like a victim".
Nathan, with wisdom and sincere empathy took the time to
hear me, feel what I was feeling and offer honest solutions
with which I had full control of. I, in return, felt empowered
within myself. Nathan brought to light perspectives which
made sense in addition to being realistic.
Nathan, I would like to thank you for being a presence in
my life and may you be surrounded in serenity, prosperity
and health".

Audio Products!
Hi, Having downloaded my third Magical
Wizard program from your site, I feel inclined to write
and let you know that Im very pleased with the quality and
content of these recordings.
I have downloaded various Hypnosis MP3's from
other Hypnosis sites, and have often felt somewhat 'ripped
off' in terms of the quality of the MP3, and the annoying
'synthesized-up' voices and repetitive nature of the suggestions.
The Magical Wizard MP3's are, in my opinion, the best Ive
actually ever listened too, and the price is extremely fair.
Will you be creating further titles in the same style?
Great site design too, its sooo nice to come
across a site without all those horribly annoying hypnotic
spirals and mumbo jumbo! Reply if you have some time re:
further titles, and thankyou for the service your site offers.
Kind Regards. Joanna Millington. (UK)

Flying fear!
Dear Nathan, as requested in your follow
up letter, I take pleasure now in writing to tell you that
my last flight was certainly much more relaxed than many
others!
In fact, I had none of the typical thoughts
about disaster, and none of the queasy feelings either!
I remember vividly, your comparison with the rollercoaster
that we talked about, and for some reason I just could not
stop thinking about it on the actual flight, I even found
myself smiling with the memory of your words. That relaxation
trigger thing you created with me, most definitely 'worked'
exactly as you explained, even though I didn't actually
believe you at the time, (sorry!) I was most impressed!
I know that I came to you with a pessimistic
attitude, due to my previous experiences with a 'so called
Hypnotherapist', but you have turned my mind around completely.
As soon as time allows, I would like to book an appointment
for my husband, (remember I told you he suffers with psoriasis),
and by the way, he says he'd like to shake the hand of any
man who could free him from the 'in flight arm squeezing'
that he's patiently suffered for years! So you'll have less
of a 'doubting Thomas' than me to work with!
Well, thankyou again Nathan, and yes, you
may use this reply as a reference should you choose.
Sincerely, Yolanda Aziz. Kensington. London.

Customized Hypnosis recording.
"Nathan I am very very impressed and
grateful for your concern and the very professional service
that you offer. Thank you so very much for your advice and
for the time you have devoted to my problem".
As requested in your follow up e-mail, I have
supplied a reference regarding my experience with hypnosis,
and grant full permission to show any prospective clients.
"At a time when I was having sexual
difficulties with a new partner, following the death of
my wife, I discovered the customized hypnosis recording
service, provided by Nathan Marika. I have found him to
be a very caring and professional person. He asked me many
questions before sending the custom recording to me, which
reassured me that he had my situation understood fully.
It requires work from the client, in conjunction
with the personal recording, and if the client puts their
faith in Nathan and is willing to totally "let go" to obtain
a relaxed trance like state, they cannot fail to improve
their life. I would heartily recommend that you allow Nathan
Marika the chance to improve your life, if you have any
psychological problems".

Multiple Sclerosis....Free Advice
E-mail request: Re: Self-hypnosis and
MS
Greetings from Sussex! Having viewed your
site with great interest I am certain that much of the difficulties
experienced due to multiple sclerosis can be minimized,
if not overcome, by correct self-hypnosis. My problem, having
lived with the progressive deteriorating form of MS since
1976, is that as soon as I try to relax, my legs go into
spasticity and start to spasm. Therefore full relaxation,
as required for self-hypnosis, is impossible. Can you advise
me, please, how best to cope? Regards. John Wood
Answer and advice re: self hypnosis and
potential strategies, given by return email....reply as
follows!
"Dear Nathan, Very many thanks for the
time and thought you gave to my problem (your note of June
07). I found that what you had to say is so original that
I continue to study it and am actually beginning to find
some success with the method you suggested. The real breakthrough
was when I came to understand what you meant by 'focus on
controlling the mind, not the body'. This has shone a completely
new light on the subject. I will let you know how I make
out, results to date being very encouraging. In appreciation,
and with best wishes". John Wood
A further follow up letter was sent, even
more progress reported....
"I have been persevering with all the
good advice and ideas you gave me re: spasticity and other
symptom control, and can report continuing progress to the
point where the nightly attacks are now reduced to a single
period lasting between 30 - 60 minutes as opposed to three/four
hours: I think the spasticity is losing heart as a result
of my continued retaliation.
What fixed my attention on your advice in
the first place, was the clarity with which you put your
ideas across, and your choice of illustrative description
that makes it so easy for those of us with little knowledge/experience
of hypnosis to follow your guidance.
By the way, the techniques you suggested have
been successful to the point where normal muscle spasms
no longer disturb me. I'm now trying to get the better of
occasional severe and very painful bouts that last for half-an-hour
and seem to be in a different category. You've given me
the confidence to know that I can crack them, too"!
John Wood. Sussex. Oct 2. 2001.
John may soon be offering his personal testimonial
regarding self hypnosis & symptom control, for the benefit
of other sufferers of MS. Through perseverance with self
hypnosis, He has achieved results that speak for themselves,
and has managed to overcome, or at the very least, lessen
considerably, a very real & painful symptom. His
personal testimonial will eventually be found by clicking
here.

Examination stress.
Hi Nathan, thankyou for writing. I'd like
to able to write and tell you that I passed my exams with
flying colours, but I only just managed to get a C grade,
and while that's enough to earn me a pass, I was really
hoping for an 'A'.
However, this really only shows that my revision
was lacking, for as you rightly said, you cannot guarantee
that I'd pass, as the learning was simply down to me.
BUT the good news is that the sessions were
definitely invaluable for my nervousness. On the morning
of the exam, I went in to the hall virtually free of any
worries. It must be the first time in my life that I've
actually had dry palms in any exam, and that's pretty cool
when I think of it, because up until that time, I must admit
that I was still feeling very gloomy about the big day.
I think I finally understand what you said about some of
the hypnotic suggestions becoming active only at the right
time.
Finally, you may of course use this note
as a referral, but please do not show my e-mail address,
thanks for all your patience and assistance, and good luck
in your own endeavor's!
