Order Form
This order form is of the 'print and post' variety. Please
fill out all the required fields on this form, print and
mail with your payment to the address given at bottom of
this form. Your order will be dispatched within 4 days of
receipt.
Please note: We do not accept
checks made out in international currencies, as the exchange
rates and bank charges are at least half the value of the
product. Please make sure all international orders are made
out in UK pounds only. If you do not find a link to purchase
online the 'CD version' of any product, please contact us
and we will arrange ordering methods.
