A friend of mine, Katy, regularly travels from Yorkshire to London for business meetings. As she usually oversleeps she often does not have time for breakfast and so grabs a bar of chocolate and a magazine from the newsagent's on the station forecourt.

As she flopped into her seat, relieved that she had been in time to catch the train, she threw her bar of chocolate and the magazine onto the table and noticed that a rather surly looking gentleman was sitting opposite.

As the journey got underway, she decided to eat her chocolate - but was horrified to see that the man sitting opposite calmly picked up the bar, unwrapped it and ate it!

Katy was horrified. But being a fairly reserved sort of person she could not bring herself to "tackle" the issue but instead glared at him and continued to fume for the rest of the journey.

When they arrived in London she saw the man coming out of a fast food shop with a huge bacon and egg roll. By this stage her anger had increased to such a point that she approached him, snatched the sandwich, took a huge bite, gave it back to him and strode off without a word.
(At this point in a training session I would leave the story and return to finish it later)
Katy had a really bad day. The incident had strongly affected her mood, she argued with everyone she met and did not achieve what she wanted to from the day.

Feeling grumpy, she settled down on the train for the return journey. She decided she would read her magazine. She took it from her bag, opened it - and found...... her chocolate bar!
