Age progression.
Many of you have heard
of 'age regression', a hypnotic technique used to orient
a person to an earlier time in their life, (not to be confused
with past life regression). However, age progression, is
a highly useful, and extremely valuable method when used
within the therapeutic framework. It allows for a person
to travel, within their minds, to a future time, a time
when they can try-out new behavior's, or look back from
the future perspective, onto their current circumstance
